My first shopping experience at Whistles! I loved the range of excellent quality clothing and the wonderful service I received. I purchased the navy jersey jacket - it's going to become a staple for my smart wear and could not resist the stripe spot collar blouse - I love them and many thanks to Whistles - I will most certainly be back.

Anna and Feeza (apologies if I’ve written that incorrectly!) were fantastic, very polite and helpful. Anna assisted from the moment I stepped in the store to the minute I left as a very happy customer.

Loved the linen dress I bought, as did a friend so we went back the next day and bought her one!

Horrible service ever. I am normally not a review person but bought clothes on 30/06/22: Finally dispatched on 19/07/22 (today) I still don't have my order with me! There was no communication at all regarding why my order was delayed. No explanation or apologies. I had to consistently chase them to dispatch my order. They also didnt reply to my emails at all so I had to wait until the live chat was available (as this was always busy so I couldn't get through to the customer service team). Purchasing from this brand seriously gave me a headache!

On entering shop, staff were polite, helpful and courteous. The assistant was knowledgeable on the item being bought and offered his advice on colour when enquired of him.
A very pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whistles seem to have smashed it this season- there are so many lovely dresses! The staff in the Islington branch are always helpful and nice to deal with. I shall be going back!

I made a purchase in Hampstead Whistles recently and I found the assistant particularly kind and helpful.

I usually order online from Whistles but yesterday went into my local branch and was greeted by a very nice lady who pointed out a number of items that had just arrived. I took the opportunity to try these items on and left the shop having bought a beautiful dress and blouse. The quality of Whistles clothes is very good and although a little pricey they will last.

The staff were great trying to locate the item for me which was found on a mannequin and it’s a lovely store too!

Visited the store to look at the sale items and purchased a dress. Staff were friendly and professional without being too overbearing.

Quick delivery and quality clothes, kept them all!

Very helpful staff and gave an honest opinion about sizing of the dress. I love the fact that all the clothes are steamed and look well presented on the rails. The sales person even did an extra steam on my dress as I wanted to wear it the same night.
